高壓介電強度擊穿試驗儀性能特點：
1、主要由升壓系統、測量系統、A/D轉換器、放電系統、電極、油箱、電極定位架、計算機數據處理系統、軟件等組成；
2、計算機---A/D轉換器---測量控制系統---調壓裝置---升壓變壓器---試樣；
3、高壓變壓器主要產生試樣所需的直流電壓；

組成：

將介電試驗機的一根試驗引接到作為一個電極的試樣的導體上，并另一根試驗引接到作為另一個電極的金屬試棒上，電壓應從零開始上升至28.1規定的試驗電壓。升壓速度不得超過500V/s如果達到水平無擊穿，電壓應保持在該水平60秒。

操作臺要求

1.試驗電流、電壓（測量線圈和電壓互感器值分別顯示）、時間的實時動態顯示、擊穿瞬間電流、電壓、時間的保持顯示；

2.合閘、零位、上限、升壓、降壓、恒壓、急停等狀態監控顯示；

3.操作界面有啟動鈕、停止鈕、急停鈕、高壓指示燈；

4.有“擊穿”，“耐壓”，“梯度耐壓”選擇開關；
