產品說明:

總有機碳（TOC）分析儀采用世界的雙波長紫外氧化技術，精度高、靈敏度高。高性能CPU，觸摸屏智能化控制，具有離線分析和在線分析選配功能，配制外置式打印機，人性化的設計理念，更換UV燈和泵管不用拆開機箱，操作簡單、方便，實現(xiàn)了分析儀器國產化。符合《中國藥典》2010版附錄 VIII R制藥用水中總有機碳測定法，滿足藥典對儀器的要求：①TOC=TC-TIC，②系統(tǒng)適用性試驗，③檢測靈敏度（等于或小于0.05mg/L）。

工作原理

樣品中的有機物在紫外線及二氧化鈦廣催化的作用下被氧化成二氧化碳，采用電導率檢測技術測定二氧化碳，通過電導率傳感器檢測經氧化反應器氧化后的樣品總碳與電導率傳感器檢測未經氧化反應器氧化的樣品總無機碳之差，獲得樣品中總有機碳含量（TOC=TC-TIC）。

應用范圍

1. 該儀器可用于檢測制藥工業(yè)中純化水、注射用水和去離子水中有機碳的濃度；也可用于半導體行業(yè)中超純水TOC的檢測。

2. 在制藥領域和生物化學領域清潔驗證過程中，可用于驗證清潔效果。

工作原理

本儀器采用紫外氧化的原理，將樣品中的有機物氧化為二氧化碳，二氧化碳的測試采用的是直接電導率法，通過測試經過氧化反應的樣品的總碳含量和未經過氧化反應的樣品總無機碳的含量差值來測定總有機碳含量，即：總有機碳（TOC）=總碳（TC）-總無機碳（TIC）。

Instrument work principle of determination of total organic carbon TOC
